Return Policy

1. How do I return an item?

Along with the original package, please mail the merchandise to: Charles Bennett RR#2 Box 223 Beecher City, IL 62414

Please also state the corrections that need to be made. For example, correct ring size or birthstones. All return merchandise must be in good condition otherwise, exchange request will not be honored.

A receipt of request will be given to the customer to confirm her request. Please allow 3-4 weeks from receipt of request for the replacement merchandise to ship. For your personal tracking purposes, we strongly recommend insuring the package before you send it to us.
