1. Do you manufacture your own merchandise?

Yes, we have a factory and our products are made by highly skilled jewelry craftsmen.

2. Where are your rings made from?

We manufacture rings and jewelries using various materials starting from non precious metals like stainless and alloy up to 18Karat Real Gold.

3. How long it will take before my online purchase gets into your system and approves it?

Once you purchased online, we have 24 hour verification on your payment and once it is sucessful we will then submit it to production.

4. How many days it takes to deliver the merchandise?

For customized products like class rings, military, championship rings and the likes, we can deliver it 6-7 weeks.

5. Do you also deliver outside US?

Yes, we deliver worldwide for as long as the destination country can accept jewelries.

6. Do you deliver a single order?

Yes, we do not have Minimum Order Quantity. We accept even 1 piece of order.

7. How much Import tax do I need to pay for one (1) ring?

Zero. There is no import tax.

8. Can we get discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we can give 10%, 20% up to 40% discount depending on the quantity.

9. How can I guarantee that the design I made for my ring is the same as the one you have delivered?

We give actual photos for approval before shipping out your order.

10. What if the item delivered is not what I have expected? Do you have a return/ exchange policy?

We give 30-day guarantee. If the defect/error is made by the company, buyer will receive the refund or he'she can also opt for a repair. If the error/defect is from the customer, we can repair the item at a very minimal cost.
